2.Prior to anodizing and powder coating, we can also choose employ pre-treatment methods,sand-blasting. This offers matte surfaces for the raw extruded profiles and effectively removes surface dirt and oil stains.

3.Our post-treatment methods include anodizing, powder coating, wood grain, and electrophoresis, providing a wide range of color choices. In addition to common colors like black, white, champagne, and bronze, we can match specific colors based on Pantone codes. A: To receive a quotation, please provide us with the sample or drawing in CAD/STP/IGS format, after checking the material and surface treatment,we will promptly generate a quote for you.

4.What is the lead time for manufacturing new molds?
A: Our lead time for developing new molds is typically 7-15 days.

5.Do you offer samples? If yes, is there a cost associated?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. The sample is free,but the freight charge needs to be paid from yourside.

6.What is your delivery time?
A: Mold developing and sample conformation is 12-15 days, then production duration is 15-25 days after receipt of deposit from buyer.

7.Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we welcome both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) orders.
